I'd say lead with your anti-flier (also good if it's also anti-galvantula or abomasnow) and use shiftry as your first switch, since it's better as a safe switch with its charge coverage. Double scissors or some dumb shit, it's mentioned briefly in the middle of this graphic.
I lead my G-Fisk, so when I go vs lead azu, I instant switch to Hypno to ensure Grotle gets lined up to Azu later, but if they switch into Azu from a flier lead I go straight to Grotle and don't shield the Ice Beam to deny the flier farm on their return when I go to G-Fisk without letting switch timer tick down.
