And BST really doesn't matter as much as distribution. Granted, at some point a mon's BST can be so high that it's virtually impossible for it to be bad without a hindering ability. Take Mega Rayquaza for example, which has the stat distribution of a SFMA, but its BST is so high that even its worst stats are above average.
But by "good BST", I assume you're implying a sub-600 BST, not a BST of 700+.
