Just noticed the old icons use colors from an outdated palette, so I updated them here to use colors from the current palette.
>>22751126Yeah, the limited palette means I only have one orange and one dark orange-ish color to choose from for the poncho. The .gif program did distort the colors a little though, so here are the frames not animated, with the warm colors of the palette for reference.
>>22751136The tans suffer the same issue as the oranges, the limited palette only has two of them and the next lighter colors don't look tan enough.
I'll try working on the hat and post it next, along with the tail changes
