>>39780796Yup, I did mean to reply to you! Bonus points if the Pokemon you name Tarn is A) purple and B) a snobby douchebag. I think the image does an adequate job showing why.
>>39780689You're not the first person I've seen bring up this pattern and comparison, and it's also how I think of each batch of two new releases too.
>>39780423>>39780607>>39780558For what it's worth, if you're on the fence about paying for your own copy of Sword or Shield, I'm doing a small giveaway involving our Nuzlocke let's play. It's sort of like Where's Waldo with our Watchog in the first 30 episodes. It's a pretty easy way to get a free preorder, if you live in the US and money is holding you back. Here's the video about the contest (if you care about spoilers in our Nuzlocke, this DOES contain spoilers for episode 31):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cstbJHmeYLw&t=4sFull disclosure, we HAVE received three entries... but I'm still sharing this around, so that's probably a good sign that jumping on it could yield good results.
I have yet to hear anyone give a good solution for what to do with the Wild Area for Nuzlockes in Sword and Shield. I know someone's been asking about that here in /nuzgen/, but I haven't yet seen an answer that I thought really knocked it out of the park. I assume that's just because we don't yet know enough to make any sort of informed decision?
