I'd like to start emulating these games on my phone for comfy experiences when I am bored. However I wanted those hacks that make all the pokemon very every version available AND make it so trading/time of day/ect evos are possible.
Do these hacks have a specific broad name? If not what is the best Emerald/Gen4 of these hacks. If possible I want nothing else changed except the ability to catch version exclusives and evolve tradeable only.
