Just because anon found a relaxed atmosphere funsy-type job full of manchildren doesn't mean that most jobs are like that, and you know it. Even if you get an entry-level job at McDonald's or Target, the boss isn't going to let you wear your Pokemon graphic tees or play on your phone all day.
