only sinnoh believes arceus to be some kind of god world creator - the only life has been seen creating is dialga palkia and giratina, and even then thats through a pokemon egg, a process every single pokemon is privy to
even within sinnoh itself, direct references to arceus specifically being this legendary creator are few and far between, if outright stated at all - its one thing for a sinnoh native to have it in their dialect (however theyve come into this understanding) but having it as a universally understood fact of life that is now woven into peoples dialect is absurd
it also does not roll off the tongue at all and sounds awkward as fuck to say - it comes off as a middle school child in 2007 bragging that they know about arceus at best and certainly not an expression of any kind
assuredly delighted to see this stupid bullshit come back in modern times with legends arceus having the first ever character recognise arceus as something making them the only person across the entire setting to believe this shit
