Nobody is stopping you from picking up drawing yourself or supporting the artists that do create what you like. Shotacons have always liked drawing noncon of the characters they like, this is nothing new. For Gou though, there is only two artists that drew multiple noncon doujins, those being Matsuno and Chiba. The latter only shares lewd content in general, the former has done several sfw illustrations like picrel. Nobody who hates a character would put multiple hours of their life into an illustration of said character just acting according to their personality.
Anyway, as for doujinshi, I looked through the ones I have, because I've bought the majority of Gou doujinshi that have been released in the past two years and there's a few sfw ones that are Satogou. One sfw doujin is just Gou and Scorbunny having a little fight and making up in the end. Then among nsfw ones there was a whole lot of Tsurugi x Gou ones because all the Japanese fujos kinda had a phase. I guess those could be classified as dubcon due to the age gap. And then the couple nsfw noncon ones I mentioned. I did also just not buy doujins where I didn't like the art style enough though.
I think the only doujin, which should still be available for purchase on some websites due to restocks, is the bottom Gou anthology. It contains the only Gou x Koharu doujin I know of from the only Gou x Koharu artist I know of. As far as I remember, Gou consents in all the stories contained. Keep in mind though, since Gou gets primarily drawn by fujos, finding any doujin that is not Gou getting dicked is pretty much impossible. After all, you need quite some investment in a character to draw a comic of them over several months, because that's about how long drawing the average doujin takes.
