>>33888533It's a good stat block with great typing (relatively) hindered by being locked into causing misty terrain, which is arguably the worst terrain, both in that it doesn't boost its moves, and status blocking is a mixed bag. Fini would love being able to status other things, though being immune to status is decent too.
Really it's that misty terrain kinda sucks compared to what the other tapu get to play with.
