>>43340581Agh, sorry. Gengar is like everything wrong with Platinum Fantina turned up to 11. You have to get creative with your counters. (Or get lucky like me.) I think Swablu learns Safeguard, one of the few Hypnosis counters. Then you can try using something bulky like Heracross to handle Gengar. If you can get Crobat that'd be great too, it's one of the few early-game things that outspeed.
