Shaymin just makes me happy. The event in 4th gen will always be my favorite, just because of the moment of reflection it gives you as you walk down the seemingly endless flower path toward Shaymin.
If you've never gotten a chance to do it, you get to have to write a word on a rock which opens the path. I remember putting my dad after he passed away and remembering how thankful I was for everything he did for me as I walked down the flower path, only to be rewarded with the chance to catch this cute lil' guy.
On the path toward Shaymin, you keep moving forward no matter what. It's okay to reflect on the past, but don't let it bring you down-just remember the happy memories :) (sorry for going off on a tangent, i had a rough day too so i feel you OP)
