Always wanting to befriend people and Pokemon, he often doesn't even realize his sheer size when he goes to pounce on people! He's one of the many gifts a dear friend of Ming-Ming's lent to her, and Toto is most definitely a mainstay in her adventures.
And Ming-Ming stands at 4' 11" (or 1.5 m for non-mericans)! She's really short, just barely on the cusp of being referred to as a dwarf.
