For male Meowstic, I think something playing on the fact that cats' purrs are known to be calming would make for a good support move - like a slightly better life dew that gives a small boost to both defenses. It'd work well with the male's prankster hidden ability and supportive move pool
For the female, since it has competitive for a hidden ability and is known to be aggressive, I think it would work better with an offensive move. I would think something like psychic equivalent of fiery dance, but with a guaranteed sp.atk boost (or a speed boost).
potentially the could swap one their normal abilities with their current hidden ones and give them psychic surge as a hidden, to make them match with indeedee
