Fast forward to today, they actually managed to fuck it up. It could've been a single form change like in the game that lasts three turns but nope, it's limited to a shitty cutscene. The worst fucking part is that they're so close.
The forms are here, the moves are here, the effects are here but they just decided to make it suck for some reason. Probably not a balance thing since this game is still piss easy.
And don't get me started on max raids and how people thought they were coming and would revive co-op permanently.
