We'd live in a Pokemon village with pokemon of all types in the mountains
Some days I'd train with my parents, others I'd help around the village, and other days me and my sister would play with the other kids in the village.
Some nights when my dad felt I needed it he'd tell me stories. He'd call them great pokemon legends but he'd be making up on the spot. When he was telling a serious story though he'd take me aside to keep my sister from acting out the story which is cute for the made up ones but spoils the stories Lucario would be telling me to teach me a lesson.
When I had to leave too soon I at least hope it'd be when I'd grow up enough to go out into the world on my own. I think thinking I'd fallen out of contact rather then thinking I disappeared like Thanos did the fucking snap
Though if it did have to go the later way I would totally say "Dad I don't feel so good"
