Well it's the same as in real life, you'll probably get arrested. You think it's legal in the Pokemon world? You also have a good chance of traumatizing her, which you should care about.
That said, the real question is, what's the upside? There's nothing on offer that can't be accomplished in real life. Offer some moral or at least logistical absolution.
