>75BP>33% Damage Increase>STAB>Physical (Chansey doesn't wall it to kingdom come)>Water Type (Solid Attacking Type)>Multi-Hit (Breaks Subs)>PriorityHe basically has a 150 BP Water Type Physical Priority Multi-Hit attack that runs off of a 145 Base Atk Stat.
This is LITERALLY the best Priority move in the game. It's better than Huge Power Aqua Jet from Azumarril. Fuck, it's better than Arceus's Extreme Speed. The Multi-Hit aspect of it is HUGE.
I don't know if Battle Bonds is actually better than Protean, but they could have done FAR worse than giving AshNinja what essentially amounts to a Z-Move that can be fucking spammed.
