This is what I meant, Palworld is a fundamentally different game from Pokemon.
What I want out of an ideal Pokemon game is a focus on online battles, to have more information regarding turns, effects, hazards etc, and for the singleplayer I want it to have NPCs with actual, well designed competitive teams, and throw in a meme team every now and then, like teams completely focused on hazards, or a meme team with a level 1 Pokemon with endeavor, or stall teams.
There's none of that there, none of the flaws of Pokemon are fixed in Palworld, it just replaces the entire game with busywork.
