Beyond that, bad design (by that, I mean, things don't work as intended), bad story/writing, etc. can all contribute.
Sometimes you weigh things differently based on how fucking annoying they are or how much they impact other things. Rejuv's story for instance singlehandedly brings down the game a lot more than a bad story usually does, mostly because it manifests lategame in a bunch of extremely boring and tedious plot hallways that overtake literally everything for the last 30% of the game's extremely long runtime.
The bingoshit is also (mostly) just a meme, all of the games we'd consider 'good' could score a bingo depending on the card desu, maybe even more easily in some cases than games we'd consider bad
