If you've never read the manga/watched the anime, Kirara has two forms, the small kitten form and the large sabertooth form, which would be perfect for a 2 stage evolution Pokemon. I imagine the typing would be Fire/Ghost (in the anime/mange she can fly and fire shoots off her paws/tail when she does) or if those 2 types dont work, dark or flying could also be used.
