On the other, fuck off with trying to make it seem like you can't explore or leave areas after you finish a cutscene when you want to. Nobody is stopping you from returning to earlier areas to explore the new unlocked shit or going to side areas away from the current main quest.
Alola's problem is that it's so cutscene heavy that the areas seem smaller than they really are and feel much more like slogs to get through or tiny hallways. Fuck, I have to admit, some of them ARE tiny hallways *cough* Ultra Megalopolis.
But fuck off with trying to make it seem that Alola doesn't have big areas to explore or that it doesn't allow you to explore them. That's intensely disingenuous.
