Some possibilities I could envision
>First console games on SNES instead of N64
>Pokémon Pink Version: Special Clefairy Edition released alongside Yellow version, allowing for a female player and Clefairy as a starter
>Pokémon Orange Version as a follow-up to Yellow/Pink taking us to the Orange Islands
>Pokemon 2: Gold and Pokemon 2: Silver with silent hills, Honoguma, etc etc
>Ruby and Sapphire likely never come to fruition
