It starts out as 'superheated' and she will spam Eruption and Lava plume to get it to turn into a full-out burning field that boosts her fire STAB even more while halving water attacks. Very fair and balanced. On the flipside, the fire boosts are strong enough that fire attacks can be effective against her. Ame encourages us to use fire to trigger her PTSD of burning down her house and killing her parents, goddamn.
Perhaps proving Dr Electrorape right, Charlotte says that she loves fire and that burning down her parents house was an amazing experience. It's too late to bring everyone back, though.
I tried using a quick claw Walrein to use blizzard and just purge the superheated field, but her very fast typhlosion will immediately Eruption. I manage to deal with it with Flygon spamming slidequake. It's a fucking close one.
