Torch (Infernape): his starter and hardest hitter is a silly little guy between battles and these silly antics would happwn way more with an increased capacity for communication. He's always able to calm down when Torch is around.
Absol: as a ranger, a wild Absol has chosen him as a partner to help in diverting and preventing disasters. This already feeds into the hero mindset he has and if he could actually talk to the absol he'd definitely let it fuel that mindset more.
