>>45034037I still have them actually: it was the last game I played on cart as sort of a farewell because my old DS was in a pretty awful shape.
Pic related (obviously I don't know the EVs).
Galvantula, Ferrothorn and Volcarona are pretty straightforward (Charge Beam on Galvantula is nice to fish for free buffs whenever finishing off a low health mon).
Altaria may look a bit boring with such a setup moveset, but with no fairies around he was virtually unstoppable once I got him going and saved me plenty of times from some tough spots.
Lapras sadly has no recovery outside of switching in for water attacks (which was still useful considering my 2 fire types, hence the Thunder), so it needs the extra power from low accuracy moves to be able to at least function as a makeshift tank: Zoom Lens kinda helps with that but if I recall correctly you can only get it in the Battle Subway.
Chandelure's moveset looks a bit unorthodox, but it works. WoW is great for crippling problematic enemies, Pain Spit is not the best recovery but it can save you if you're smart with it, and Overheat is an excellent "emergency button" to have around. I remember a flash fire Overheat coming from that SpAtk was enough to challenge even mons that resisted it. I couldn't decide for a better item for her, so I went with Wide Lens to help a bit with WoW and Overheat.
Volcarona is the only member I ever trained to lvl.100 to get that Fiery Dance (dumped all the Rare Candies I found in the campaign after I completed the Black Tower challenge, which is good training).
