>>49574351>A big part of why people like the video games so much, as opposed to the anime continuity, is exactly that: the sense of continuity very purposefully instigated by GSCNope, no, not true. Only YouTube e-celebs who derive content and the money needed to pay their rent give a fuck about the fake shoe-string story that vaguely ties these games together. Why did they need to create a multiverse? Because there is no real continuity and they needed to make up an excuse that would appease autists.
Any story that starts talking about multiverses, and that everything actually happened despite none of it adding up, is not a story, it's a multimedia franchise pulling a cheap trick to get lore nigger retards invested in buying and experiencing all possible products, even the inferior ones, so they don't miss out on any juicy bits of "lore" If this multiverse concept was real, and not just a cheap trick, then every bit of Gardevoir smut on the internet, and even the PETA games would also be canon, because that's what a multiverse where everything that could ever happen would actually consist of, everything that could ever happen, including Arceus getting birthed out of Snorlax's asshole.
Once again, you want a real story, go read a book. Stop shitting up this medium by trying to turn it into a completely different and incompatible one.
