First try, the absolute retards forgot to give Primal Groudon Desolate Land on it's final phase, Dipplin hit it with Syrup Bomb and eventually Groudon fell victim to stall nonsense and Aevian Froslass water nukes.
I was fully expecting this fight to be retardation on the level of v13 intense without the Groudon getting poisoned, but nope, it was fairly easy and straightforward.
