After claiming the title of Champion in Unova, I set my sights on a new goal—conquering the Kalos region. My journey began in Aquacorde City, where local trainers introduced me to Professor Sycamore, who entrusted me with my new partner: a Chespin.
Setting off, I ventured through Kalos’s scenic routes, catching a Bunnelby, a Fletchling in Santalune Forest, a Burmy, and even a Farfetch’d as I made my way toward my first major challenge in Santalune City. There, I faced the gym leader, Viola. Her Bug-types were no match for my Fletchling, who swiftly pecked both Surskit and Vivillon into defeat, securing my first badge of Kalos.
With my spirits high, I headed toward Lumiose City. On the way, my Fletchling evolved into a Fletchinder, gaining both strength and fiery potential, and I also caught a Ledyba. Upon reaching Lumiose City, I met Professor Sycamore once again. To my surprise, he gifted me another Pokémon—this time a Squirtle—to aid me in my quest for the Kalos Championship.
