>>44388788I appreciate BW's mature tone and attempts at a deeper story. Even though it ended up being the typical shounen, the climax of BW was great at least. I like the new pokemon too and the game is pretty replayable. Cheren, Bianca, and N are all nice rivals and Alder is underrated as a champion.
I rank BW2 lower because despite having one of the richest postgames in the series, the maingame isn't as good as BW's. I don't really like Hugh much and the climax isn't as good. Still a good game.
Solid generation overall though. I'd like to see why you dislike it.
