At the moment the only real success I've had as quirky rain support with dry skin. Still gets some great support moves like fake out and can fake tears to offset the damage lost by using surf to heal. Even with max hp and Def ev's her ice beam is capable of 1-2 hitting on SE hits.
I just want a fucking Evo or an Alola form or a mega, or a retconned useful ability. I unironically have loved this Pokémon since Red and GF insists on making it so hard.
