For the same reason that Walking Wake shares Suicune's water walking ability. They're effective Cyclizar but more savage/cruel with legendary Pokemon tier power. Its kind of easy to make theories on how these paradox Pokemon are by using their normal version for a reference.

That's what's really freaky about the cover legendary Pokemon of this generation. They do not exist on the opposite version unless you get them from another player that's from a different universe. This is the first time this has been a lore point in the game because version exclusives obviously exist in the opposite version but you just can't get them.

This is basically the first Pokemon game where the box legend of your game basically don't exist in your universe. They're just treated as large aggressive Cyclizar which leads me to question what makes them different from the other paradox Pokemon because they still apparently appear in some magazines.

Something like that. For all intent purposes, they're all real Pokemon. They're just born differently compared to normal Pokemon and even most legendary and mythical Pokemon who are usually born from nature of some kind.
