The actual thing people proved with Disarming Voice is that all level-up moves are distributed based on a Pokemon's theme or design elements. Things that can curl up into balls learn Rollout, doesn't matter what type they are. Everything themed around big tongues or eating gets Lick, everything with beaks gets Peck and so on. This is irrefutable, there's not a single level-up move distribution that voids this rule.
The theme for Disarming Voice is feminine and fairy-like Pokemon, which Sealion3 is, therefore it can be used to back up the leaks being real.
