>>29394582"Fire" and "aura" effects for some reason seem to be fairly common for games to mess up on. I've played a few games that run great but the moment you get some fire on screen or a character starts putting out some sort of super mode aura like the totems have the game just shits itself.
When I played Danball Senki W on my Vita a few years ago, whenever a character's robot entered a super mode like in this pic the framerate would absolutely chug even though it was a cutscene and otherwise the framerate issues that game had in battles weren't any issue in cutscenes. I don't think the PSP version of the game had that any framerate issues in cutscenes, either, despite battles running worse.
