alright so i started a nuzlocke on a romhack where tier shift is applied to pokemon emerald. tier shift is a smogon metagame where they buff lower tier mons base stats. +15 to NU mons, +10 to RU mons and +5 to UU mons. I beat Roxanne with mudkip and lotad, pretty self explanatory.
Rules:
one catch per area
nickname every mon
death = actually dead
dupes clause
set mode
anything overleveled gets boxed
no items in battle
