In terms of raw power, if ice types and dark types worked the way you think they did, they would be unimaginably broken, what they attacked would have more or less never existed in the first place because anything they attack would have essentially been deleted from the fabric of reality because there would be no trace that the target ever existed because there would be no matter, particles, or energy left over from the interaction other than the literal vacuum created when the nonexistent target was removed from reality. ice types and dark types would be so fucking broken that they can't hit anything other than literally nothing because they would break physics to that
degree.by your logic, any Ice/Dark type pokemon would be this immeasurably powerful entity capable of singlehandedly overpowering any pokemon that could possibly exist, dark type and ice type moves would be 0% accuracy moves that would still oneshot everything if the target does not outspeed it, not even protect, sturdy, or a focus sash would work because there never would have been a barrier or sash to protect the target which in of itself never even existed in the first place
