He needs a niche, so I made him a bulky electric type with recovery. Zapdos fills a similar niche but M-Electivire hits harder and has more coverage options at the cost of utility, and obviously Electivire is a physical attacker.
Sheer Force gives its elemental punches a nice boost, and now it doesn't need to rely on fucking Wild Charge because a Sheer Force Thunder Punch has almost 100bp.
I can see this being UU and giving Zeraora a run for its money. Might have some usage in OU but it's got stiff competition with Koko and Zapdos running rampant up there.
