Sirfetch'd is based and I don't care too much for Dracovish but he's pretty decent as a weirdo pick. I feel like everyone wanted a rotating roster of old team members when they announced it was gonna be a region hopping thing but if that wasn't gonna be the case they probably should have stuck to a full Galar mon team. They wanted to give him a mega and gmax so they picked the massively popular Lucario and Gengar but he's got plenty of other Pokemon that can utilize those gimmicks and it would have been fun to see them. Dragonite just kinda feels like filler. My biggest problem with the team is the type overlap but at least its not as bad as it was in Kalos. Grookey line, Obstagoon, Eiscue, Galarian Darmanitan, and Galarian Slowbro could have been some fun picks but the real tragedy is him not having a Cramorant that constantly tries to eat Pikachu.
