In the games, the Pokedex entries are written by the main characters, so kids who don't know anything about everything (which explain the Alakazam's "Its brain can outperform a super-computer. Its intelligence quotient is said to be 5,000." or Magcargo's "Magcargo's body temperature is approximately 10,000 degrees C." or the unprofessional Magikarp's "It is the most weak and pathetic Pokémon in the world.")
It can also explain the discrepancy with Cosmoem being 1,000 kg and Satoshi being able to carry it and also why parents are fine with their kids travelling around the world with these apparently dangerous creatures, while in Digimon, the parents always find it difficult to accept the choice of their kids to continue fighting. It's just kids putting random informations that look cool but don't know what they mean.
In the anime, the entries are made by the professor Westwood V who admitted putting bullshit in the Pokédex.
As for black hole, they don't appear by magic. They need a high amount of mass in a small space. They're always spherical, this one is a spiral. A black hole with the size of a button could destroy the earth, this one has the size of a human and doesn't do shit. If you fall into a black hole, you will be torn apart and die. Professor Oak seems to be fine. You can call that a black hole, but I don't see the technical difference with HolyAngemon's Heaven's gate.
