Give it confusion, frozen and burn immunity. Monks and crazy Zen people can walk on hot coals while magicians withstand insanely low temperatures in some acts. It's all mental essentially. Hell, making them immune to every stat condition cept for Curse and Sleep seems ok to me.
Also give Ice type a Ground resist and Grass type a Fairy type resist (Fairies live in forests).
