>>54715430I would argue it needs flippers instead of its arms, similar to Walrein, then needs to just copy Narwhals in terms of the horn coming out of its mouth, or maybe even tusks instead of a single horn. I would have made it a Leopard Seal + Narwhal combo so it had elements that made it look more ferocious like a real predator combined with a natural swordsman. Also needs to lose its beard because it looks like it was added on last minute to add to the complexity. Overall, just make it more believable as an animal before you try to make it a Pokemon.
