>>38380635>RBStill some decent fun, pretty much no reason to play them though.
>YellowDon't care for the anime references.
>GSCReally great games that added a lot of good shit, none of its flaws hamper the enjoyment to be had from them.
>RSEA solid set of titles that felt like a step back when I was a kid, only later realising the good it brought.
>FRLGThe essential Kanto experience. I loved the Sevii Islands and still do, though they could've been longer.
>DPA game with a lot of good ideas knocked down a bit by some very questionable decisions (Sinnoh crossevos locked to post-game), and a very slow game engine.
>PtDP but fixed, however sadly lacking Mismagius/Honchkrow.
>HGSSBasically the original games with even more good stuff sprinkled in. Perhaps the most enjoyable, relaxing adventure in the series.
>BWA stellar start to a fantastic gen, I will never not love the decision to use only new Pokémon. Has many designs that I would consider the best in the series, while only having a few duds.
I appreciate that they put a tiny bit of effort into making Team Plasma fun villains.
>BW2Another game I will praise to no end for being an actual sequel in the same gen, continuing off of BW's story and expanding the already fantastic Unova.
The main game, aside from a certain forced but enjoyable minigame, is pretty much perfect and I couldn't ask for more.
>XYA fairly disappointing follow up but had some amazing features like PSS and Trainer Customisation. Could've been a base for a great game but lol Game Freak.
>ORASA somewhat underrated title, while I won't excuse some of the shit these games pulled (like having my most hated post-game, Delta Episode), but the DexNav was a brilliant feature and soaring has a lot of potential, also it's basically just RS in 3D.
>SMI'm baffled that I made it through this one. Every potential positive is destroyed and stomped on by the intrusive and excessive dialogue.
>USMUnplayable garbage.
