As soon as the Pokemon Bank (and the transfer) opens, people will of course bring over their illegit shinies, rng abused pokemons and perfectly hacked (yet technically legit) pokemon.

I think it's a shame and missed chance. They should've not had the transfer possibility, ever. Or at least until the 3DS is hacked.
This was their chance at ensuring an environment free of any such pokemon.
I say this as someone who RNG abused himself
