This is a better version of that Coalossal and Infernape that required from the discard/hand. The only issue is metal doesn't need this due to Metang and the only Psychic that would benefit from this is Clefairy who has better options. Notable Sylveon and Espeon do not attack with a metal, which would have been a huge help to them.
