Really wanted a Latios so after 4 tries on the Sapphire balloon I finally managed to land the tile with him on there (don't know how he showed up on there in the first place, because he had three stars or w/e). I didn't get it the first time, but I wasn't about to wait another 2 hours to go again, so I found one of the street passer guys and one of them offered to take me there.
Spent 3 gems getting there the first time, died inside so I used another 2, then died again using another 2. I didn't get it that time.
Spent another 3 going in once more and when I finally got to him, he was all sparkly. Died once before killing him and then he joined me.
