For those who don't know, Peach Melba is a French dessert named after Australian Opera Singer Nellie Melba (she's on the $100 note). It is pretty much just peach, ice cream/whipped cream, raspberries, raspberry sauce and almonds.
This is basically a peach body with a raspberry sauce dress, almonds/leaves around the neck and whipped cream hair (with a raspberry and a peach leaf).
In my mind it'd be Ice/Grass with Sweet Veil, but as we're really only working on a dex now I suppose that can come once/if a design is finalised.
