Even if you increase feraligatrs attack stat by 50 and let it keep sheer force or give it strong jaw or tough claws it will be a slight downgrade at best to og feraligatr.
The only way I can see mega feraligatr being a legitimate upgrade is if they give it a broken ability like huge power or strong jaw and fishous rend. On that note, regional feraligatr would definitely be doomed to be worse.
