Interesting. What you described is similar to what I'd like too.

I'd like to not Evolve, to not battle and be taken care of by a nice Trainer in the main series world. I'd like to do Pokémon Contests, but even just being a pet would be nice too. Just a nice comfy fun life, being taken care of by a Trainer, being with my Trainer's other Pokémon, travelling, and participating in Pokémon Contests.

The PMD world is my second choice, I'm not really sure exactly what I'd do there, but I imagine it would still be kind of comfy too.

When NFEs beat Evolved Pokémon or other strong Pokémon in the anime it's usually because they are over-leveled. The anime also doesn't take the idea of stats too seriously. You can do the same thing in the games. You can get any Pokémon to the Hall of Fame with enough grinding and Item spam.

As for competitive, not every Pokémon is supposed to be good at Pokémon Battles. We just need other stuff we can do with our Pokémon as in-depth as Pokémon Battles.

For example. I'd really like a Pokémon Contest side series. A Pokémon Contest metagame sounds fun. Imagine the Baby Pokémon being overpowered in the Cute Category simply because it would make sense for cute Pokémon like them to be good at that.

Thank you both for the support! My trainer is going to be entering me in the Cuteness category like always. I'm so excited! I always say that even if I don't win I still hope the audience enjoys watching.

Whenever it gets near the time of a Pokémon Contest my trainer has to decide which of us to use and usually has to give extra special attention to that Pokémon to make sure they are ready for the Contest. It used to feel frustrating for us when we weren't chosen but by now we have gotten used to it. It's just a normal part of being a Coordinator's Pokémon that you have to accept.
