>>22443023>>22443063Actually Zinnia's art wasn't made by Sugimori nor was it made by Ohmura, it's a third artist they hired for ORAS. It's the same person who did Steven's new art. The shading style and outline style (which looks almost crayon-like in areas) is the giveaway. The shading style is more loose than Sugimori's (such as what's seen in Zinnia's cape) and the outlines are distinctly not Sugimori's style. He uses an ink pen so his linework almost always looks like the official Pokémon artwork's linework (for an example, look at Maxie's ORAS art).
I don't know their name, however.
