Left is the original concept where it had scissors as the pincers, right is redesign.
The tail is a syringe, and it can transform blood into poison which it stores in the tank in the middle of its body. By retracting the syringe into its body it can fire off the poison through his mouth (or pincers).
Poison/Steel
I feel like its a tad too edgy for Pokemon, but still, what do you think?
