>>16413273Melac's mouth is salivating, jaws razor-sharp, his tongue twice the length of yours and eyes popped out like ping-pong balls. His tentacles are ravenous, chomping the air relentlessly in hopes that they'll bite down on something that has meat.
You can't let this charade go on any longer. So you say the one word that lets the entirety of Reflection Cave know that you do not believe in the fate it supposedly has set in store for you.
"No."Melac's tentacles retreat inside his back.
He steps back.
You step closer.
"No."His mouth dries up, his teeth and tongue recede in length.
"No."His eyes mellow out, and his raggedy wool begins unraveling.
"You can't hurt me, I'm not afraid of you anymore."With one final hair-raising screech, Melac pumps his fist into the air until every single last bit of himself is unraveled, the final bit of it being his fist itself. In the end, what remains is a "normal" (by this world's standards) reflection of you, just flipped horizontally.
Also, the reflection doesn't have your hat. There's only one of those.
He's unconscious.
>What do?A) Let him physically evaporate into the great-who-knows-where-up-in-the-sky.
B) Make him explode into a brazillion pounds of glass shards and sparkles.
C) Send him back into the mirror.
